Fleetwood Food Pantry
Opportunity House
Prepare and serve meals at Opportunity House in Reading.
Woods to Wonderful
Hands on not for profit company that woks with individuals with disabilities to create wooden toys for children.
Keystone Villa
Provide a monthly worship service. Adults and youth share their talents through concerts and talent shows. Children create crafts for and with the residents. Everyone has fun meeting new friends.
Veterans
Assisting Veterans and providing meals for events like Stand Down.
In addition to the above at Maidencreek Church we participate in:
Christmas Angels - Christmas gifts, distributed by Friend Inc. to families who otherwise would not have Christmas gifts for their children. Gifts are also collected for children in our faith community whose parents are going through tough times.
Backpacks - We collect over 100 back packs to be distributed by Friend to students who otherwise would not have a backpack for school.
Each month we collect a mission offering for a local or global agency. Last year we collected and donated $34,000 to various missions.
Kutztown University Students- Supporting Lutheran Outreach Mistry, which supports students on campus at Kutztown University that is intentionally inclusive of LGBTQIA+.
God's Creatures- Through Sunday school as well as mission outreach we intentionally provide ministry support to God's creatures, sometimes dogs, birds, who knows.
